They are designed for raking wilted grass from swaths into windrows and turning windrows, used for harvesting sown grass from natural hayfields. They are aggregated with MTZ tractors of class 1.4 for GV-7.2 and 2.0 for GV-9.6
Peculiarities
Central frame with axles of wheel travel, towing device with transport loop, 2 beams with working wheels in quantity of 7 pcs., mechanism of unfolding and lifting beams with working finger wheels, hydraulic equipment. Attached to the central frame are: two turnbuckles, providing the required working position of 2 beams, as well as hydraulic equipment with mechanism of unfolding and lifting beams, electrical equipment. Working finger wheels consist of a rim, central disk and fingers in quantity of 40 pcs. each, fixed with clamps to the central disk. Fastening of working finger wheels to beams is carried out by means of rotary holders and hubs with bearing units.
The sectional beams and central frame are made of profile pipes with inserted corners, bent from sheet metal.
The wheel chassis consists of an axle on which transport wheels with hubs and bearing assemblies are mounted.
The beams with working finger wheels are raised and lowered using a hydraulic rake system mounted on the central frame.
